Our Classes

Katy leads an energetic boxing class on Monday evenings.

A full body workout with timed rounds incorporating various punch combinations and high intensity fitness drills. Non contact.

 

With over 7 years experience teaching boxing for fitness,

you'll be sure to work up a sweat!  

 

Keep an eye on social media for pop-up classes and events...

You don't need to be a member to join a class - there is a separate entrance. 

 

Booking is essential as classes will be limited to 8 spaces.
