Our Classes

Malcolm leads an energetic spinning class on Tuesday evenings.

A 45 minute class focusing on strength, speed, and endurance, with choreography designed to work and tone every muscle group in the body. For those looking for an intense cardio workout - you'll be sure to work up a sweat!  

 

Keep an eye on social media for pop-up classes and events...

You don't need to be a member to join a class - there is a separate entrance. 

 

Booking is essential as classes will be limited to 8 spaces.
